The following data is obtained from KLSE Screener website. All the columns are from KLSE Screener except the “52WRate” column which is the one I added.

Its value is calculated based on 52-week range and the current price of the stock and has a range scaled from 0 to 1. A rate of 1 means the current price is at the high of 52-week period. A rate of 0 means the current price is at the low of 52-week period.

Example: Stock A has a 52-week low and high range of RM 1 to RM 2. If the current price of stock A is RM 1.50, then the “52WRate” is 0.5 ([current price – 52-week low] / [52-week high – 52-week low] = [1.5 – 1] / [2 – 1] = 0.5).

Hopefully it can serve as an indicator for finding stocks that are selling at a discount, i.e. the stocks that have “52WRate” close to 0.

The table below only serves as a way to screen the Bursa market. There is a lot more of follow up homework to carry out by yourself before making your investment decisions.
